Now Available!  BCVTA 2026 Wage and Compensation Survey Report

Our recent survey of Registered Veterinary Technologists (RVTs) across British Columbia has provided valuable insight into the experiences, perspectives, and needs of the RVT workforce. With an impressive 47% response rate, BC RVTs made their voices heard.

This was the most comprehensive survey of the BC RVT workforce we have conducted to date, covering a broad range of topics, including demographics, wages and compensation, workplace experiences, understanding of virtual care, and member needs.

The results provide an important snapshot of the current RVT workforce and will help inform our ongoing work to support and advance the profession in British Columbia.
